The Plan

The Plan.  This is the outline we plan to follow over the course of Paige's 6 month transformation journey.

Paige will be starting off with my 5 Weeks to 5k Running Clinic. (though it may take us more than 5 weeks to complete, we've got to start somewhere. The training schedule is the very beginner's guide.  Join her if you wish (though in order to get the lessons on form, posture, injury prevention, and efficiency, you'll want to take my 5 Weeks to 5k Running Clinic.)
